Does Sir Mix-a-Lot follow you around in his car, honking the horn and asking you to come take a ride with him? By which I mean, have you got one of those bootylicious bodies with the little waist and the big luscious butt? And if you do, do you hate buying jeans because if they fit you at the hips, they gap at the waist? It doesn't seem fair to have the big luscious butt but not be able to show it off properly.  Which is why these PZI Jeans intrigue me. They're made, they say, to "fit the woman with more in the hips and the rear." Hip sizes go up to 50 inches, they've got a variety of inseams, and some of the most smokingly hot models I've ever seen in my life, looking smokingly hot, on their front page. Could these jeans really be what the hourglass girl is looking for? I am intrigued! See if they sell them in your area, and report back!

Wow! It's like an answer to my jean prayers.

I also have to put in a plug for my current favorite jeans, which are the red boot cut ones from Lane Bryant. They have a blue, yellow, red sizing system and the red is actually perfect for my waist and hips.

However, I'm currently in the smallest size and in a weight-loss trend, so while I love them now, I have had no clue what to do after they're too big. I tried on jeans at the Gap the other day and seriously, do they thing women are built like rectangles? Because that's who their "Curvy" jeans were made for. Rectangle Woman with the exact same size waist and hips.

I agree - I tried on the Gap 'Curvy' jeans and found then to be seriously lacking. I like jeans by Little in the Middle http://www.littleinthemiddle.com/v2/litm_about.html
I find it strange that the only places PZI jeans are available in Illinois are on the south side of Chicago.

I'm going to check these out but wanted to put in aplug for my favorite jeans that are cut for a curvy butt/small waist: Baby Phat. I love the fact that the waistband doesn't have too much stretch so they don't get all shapeless and start sagging.

I found some of these here in DC (at Macy's) and picked up two pairs online since the one pair in my size was messed up in the store.

They aren't perfect, but they are better than most jeans I've tried. I have a waist size about 2 sizes smaller than the rest of me, and I still get a little gap in the back but not as much of one as I get normally (I could probably carry small children in it with some jeans I have tried).

Like all jeans, I had to break them in to get them really comfortable. But I can wear them without a belt, which is new and exciting. And they don't bind across the tops of my thighs, which is my peeve with most jeans.
