I had been meaning to post a comment about an exercise segment. Loved this episode - can't wait to try these out this weekend.
Hey, can we have a few exercise segments a month? And can the next one be about arms? I have no idea what to do with my arms. And they have that flap by the armpit that sort of jiggles and wiggles when I raise my arms. How can I get rid of that?
