So we've found the perfect pair of good flats for wearing with every outfit, and right on their heels (that was a shoe pun!) come the perfect pair of sandals for wearing with every permutation of hot weather gear--the Bernardo Serpentine sandal. The snakeprint is a sexy kind of neutral that goes with everything, but is still a little dressy when necessary (and isn't it always necessary to be fancy?). The strappy style makes me think of the very best of this gladiator trend we're currently enduring--the designer has taken, from the trend, that extra element of detailing across the instep and made it far more elegant and interesting. The best thing is that these suckers are on sale, but out of my price range. Grab them while you can and make me jealous.
