rice and shrimp with veggies/mandarin oranges
oatmeal with raisins & spice

hamburger tomato rice hotdish
to name a few...i do the drive thru with no fries or pop - usually a dollar burger with lots of veggies on it or a bean burrito or taco with lots of veggies on it (& sour cream, mmm) have you ever tried an apple grande at taco johns with some sour cream and lettuce on it? an apple tostada for sure. it isn't the lowest cal, but a fruit/veggie/dairy/bread treat. fabulous.
