We know that you're not eating nearly enough veggies. What are you trying to do, catch a cold? Are you wearing a hat when you go outside? We don't want to hear about the other kids, missy. If the other kids jumped off of a bridge, would you jump too? This week's Stuff Other People Are Eating is looking after your best interests with veggies that you think you hate but really are delicious. No, we mean it.

Sadly, the rutabaga is never going to be posh like a sun-dried tomato or a black truffle, but this sweet potato and rutabaga soup just might make you change your mind.

Two wrongs don't make a right, but three veggies combined in one big green flan is enough to confuse the tastebuds with an elaborate dance of culinary confusion.

Split pea soup is just a bowl full of vitamins, but sometimes, the army green doesn't go with a single thing in your closet. That's when you fill up a mug with this Southwestern Yellow Split Pea Soup and snub your nose at those pea naysayers. Yeah, pea naysayers, we're totally calling you out.

Sneaking kale into colcannon? Brilliant!

You know what's great about Brussels sprouts? It's like you're eating an entire head of cabbage. You can pretend you're a giant!

Sure, you don't like beets. You say that right now, but look at this and tell us that you don't want to try it?
