Here's a P.R. video from 1984 that encourages kids to get out and do some really sort of awful exercises that appear miserable to do, particularly for the little fat kid who fails at every single thing they do, including something as simple as playing on some swings. Lesson: Sweat and be fit; and fat kids are lazy, clumsy and need twice as much "encouragement" from Mister T as the other kids.
