I loved the "Adam in Action" segment, because I do not have a membership to a gym and he has shown me that I do not need one. Does Adam hold classes? I would love to have him coach me. He is adorable!
I have been reading his column for a while now and I really enjoy it! It's great to see him on video too! The passion and belief he has for his program is very evident and intriguing to me! I decided to give him a call and I joined his program and I am excited to get started.
Thanks Adam, watching you reminds me of how fun it is to be in shape. You show us that we really need to stop making excuses like "I can't afford a gym membership" or "my gym closes too early". You show us that you can workout with nothing but a pair of decent sneakers and a good attitude. If you make excuses, you're not cheating anyone but yourself. Great video, I wish you nothing but success.
