An easy way to sneak one of your five recommended fruits and vegetables into your day is to chop up a long low love fruit onto your morning cereal. Bananas are chock-full of potassium and other good stuff, but the real bonus here is that, damn, they taste mighty fine. Also, you might be able to skip the sugar on your flakes--but let's not kid anyone here, we're still totally using sugar, just maybe not as much. We're not robots, nor should we be!
