Adam Gilbert is at it again, making us feel like our goals are within reach by getting our bodies and attitudes in fighting shape.

I'm as busy as Oprah: constantly running around, meeting to meeting, working late, etc. In other words, I don't have a lot of time to devote to fitness. What's a 20-30 minute routine that will cover all my bases?

Did I just hear something? Yup. I knew it. That was an excuse.

I study a lot of extremely busy, mega-successful people in the Oprah category. Guess what? They all find time for exercise. If something or someone is important to you, what do you do? You make time for that person. Clearly, if you aren't making time, it's just not that important to you.

My favorite rush workout is 50 jumping jacks, 50 push ups, 50 crunches. Repeat until you can't move anymore or your friends are banging on your door because you're so late.

You have a lot of bride-to-be clients on your My Body Tutor program. Do you have any special "bride programs"? What about grooms? Do they come to you, too?

I offer the same program for everyone. Here's why: I don't believe in or condone "event dieting." Nothing changes about my program. It's a lifestyle...not a diet! My belief is that it's very difficult to stay consistent. I make sure my clients stay consistent so they look and feel absolutely amazing on their big day.

Yes! A few grooms have signed up, and I'm really excited about it. Of course, it's always the bride-to-be who wants their man to lose some weight. But I always encourage my clients who are in a relationship to work out with their significant other. When couples work out together it makes everything better, scientifically proven.

We love science!
