We just scored the motherlode of heirloom tomatoes at the farmer's market this weekend, so in honor of that, it's tomato week!

Thomas Keller's heirloom tomato tart with Niçoise olive tapenade is elegant enough to serve for a summer cocktail party on the back patio, but we think Heidi's version with a Parmesan crust looks better. Of course, Mr. Keller shouldn't be offended, as we're also big fans of Clotilde's tomato creations, so we might just be biased.

Too lazy (er, busy) for cutting and stacking and grilling and whosits? Roasting a bunch of cherry tomatoes and tossing with pasta is super tasty and takes like four minutes, tops, and this version of the same concept doesn't even require roasting, just some time for the tomatoes to hang out on the counter. Although, if you're going to be chopping anyway, you could just go for the classic basil/tomato/mozzarella salad. It's a classic for a reason.

Molly's grilled tomato salsa looks so yummy that we don't think you should beat yourself up if you choose to have a dinner of just chips and Patron tequila. If you're jonesing for protein, though, how about pairing with some salmon Provençal. Who says you can't mix ethinicities in one night?
