How long do you cook your veggies? Some experts think you should minimize the cooking process to almost zilch (just a quick blanche in boiling water to bring out their color and warm them up) in order to preserve the nutrients and the enzymes that help with digestion. Who knows, if it gets our cute asses out of the kitchen faster, we're all for it.
