Not sure if you're getting benefits from your workout? Haven't a clue how to use some of those crazy machines at the gym? Just want a kick in the ass? Sometimes it's worth it to hire a personal trainer for a few workout sessions.  It can save you money in the long run, since they can tailor the routine to your likes and dislikes, and also show you ways to improve your fitness at home. No sweating weight monkeys or Spandex trophy wives? Sounds like a bargain.

Sometimes the only reason I go to the gym and work out is because I have a trainer waiting on me. Otherwise I'd probably just go to Starbucks for a latte. So, yeah, it's worth it.
