Today's Self tip recommends that you skip the extra 300ish calories you'd accidentally eat at a restaurant or fast food place and brown bag your daily lunch vittles. Of course, our Lunchbox Guru already has you covered, but we're also fond of the dainty tea sandwiches from Self's nutritionists. Tip top, govna! Okay, we can't do a British accent, not even in text, but whatever!
