I drink water, just plain water, throughout the day. It's especially easy when I'm work because there is a water cooler, but I keep bottles of water in my fridge at home as well. I'll drink water before just about anything else.
Plain water throughout the day for me as well. Bottled or tap water, it doesn't matter to me. As long as it's water. But I admit I try to drink a little less past 6-7 pm, unless I've been exercising in the evening; being woken up by a full bladder twice a night isn't especially funny. :)

It varies by the day.. some days i consciously drink a lot of water (around 8 16oz bottles or so), some days i do it "camel style", and occasionally i'll go a day where i doubt i drink more than a glass (just cause i forget).

Uh, I'm pretty sure I would not be able to pound back 460 ounces of water. Please tell me that calculation is a joke.
I drink a couple of liters of water at work and then usually at home I don't drink but if I do it's water. I pee a lot.
I have a 1 liter polycarbonate bottle that sits on my desk at work and I try to make sure to drink at least two of those between 8-5, and I drink at least 2-3 large glasses at home, so...3 liters a day give or take?
I live in Phoenix, so water is not optional. It's roughly a gallon a day in the summer (plus iced tea, lemonade, or milk), sometimes more if I've been outside for a bit.
I drink at least 16 oz when I get up, then throughout the day. I've never really measured. Water is about all I drink, other than 1 cup of coffee in the morning or maybe a Diet Dew. Mine's just tap water, though...or watercooler water at work.
While attending massage school, I got used to drinking tons of water all day long. I still drink tons of water, both because it has become a habit and also because I tend to feel dehydrated very quickly if I don't drink enough. I drink between 2 and 4 liters of water a day, depending on where I am, what I'm doing and how often I can get back to my giant Gordon Water dispenser in my kitchen to refill my bottle.

Mostly all water on the days I work. On the days I don't? Doesn't beer have water IN it?
