Tacos with black beans and guacamole, lettuce, tomato and a sprinkling of cheese. Quick, easy, healthy and very satisfying. Good single girl food, too. Help us avoid wasting hundreds of dollars at the health food store buying vitamins. What, if anything, do we need to be taking? Top 3: A good liquid multivitamin (they're more absorbable), a probiotic (good bacteria for the intestines) and an omega-3 supplement (fish oils or flaxseeds). Why is America fatter than ever? Because we eat crap. We don't eat real food, we eat processed food that is stripped and chemicalized. We eat an enormous amount of calories, but in the absence of the vitamins and minerals, our bodies are actually starving. That's why we're hungry all the time: We are literally starving. as soon as I stopped eating processed foods - every thing changed. I'm a diabetic and obese, and since the cutting out of crap (just processed foods) my sugar is in control and I've lost an additional 30 pounds (after not losing anything for like 3 years) anyway - so yes, that's why we're not healthy in the US - totally. :)
Oh man! Give us more single girl food! I have the worst time figuring out what to make at the end of the day--by the time I get home and work out, it's like 9 and by the time I actually cook something I'm too tired to eat it.
