Mo Pie needs a lover with a slow hand. Wait, no--she needs to slow down when she eats. Conventional wisdom says 20 minutes per meal; we say who can wait that long when deliciousness is ahoy? Even in the middle of PMS, Erin's getting up and going for a run, because that is what she loves to do (though she may not love running 10 miles). We think that's probably the secret to success, right there. Not only does she knit, Debbi also has a long-distance running hobby. She--and half her family--were lucky enough to be inspired by a runner. Who will you be inspired by? Janey has not only lost 100, but bought a kayak, and we think that is so cool. We are pretty sure that among the top five stressors, alongside moving and terminal illness, are parents. If Erin can workout when she has PMS, we all can. That's going to be my personal mantra this week so that I won't go home and eat chocolate chip cookies and fall asleep, which is what I did yesterday.
