The starlets may have Rachel Zoe to introduce them to babydoll dresses and who knows what else, but we've got stylist Megan Petty to show us trend-free, non-addictive staples.  Megan recommends trench coats (good for cold offices), pencil skirts to show off your curves, accessories like headbands and comfy flats in colors that pop, and the all-important white button-down shirt.
