This year I was determined to get a suit I felt cute in and ordered one from the Victoria's Secret catalog - it fits great and I can't wait to hit the pool!!

My great Wal-mart find: a size 22/24 Catalina tank suit, very no-nonsense and unadorned, in a blue/green print. And a plain brown, and a plain olive. Yep. I bought three. They were cheap, they fit, and halleleujah--they are made to SWIM in. I consider a swimsuit sports equipment, not fashion, and in the large sizes, a practical suit is dang hard to find.

But no beaches for me--I only do pools, and preferably mine.

I scored the most beautiful suit from Old Navy last year. It's a great maroon halter top style one piece. The legs aren't cut too high and it has a great paisley style embroidery on one of "the girls." I get SO MANY compliments that I will be shattered when it does fall to pieces, as we all know Old Navy clothes do.
